Online Ordering
To order, please use the shopping cart buttons next to each item, and for Enchanted Names fill out the Order Form with all your customizable options. Once you are finished adding the items, simply check out, following all the prompts.  We use a secure server for all of our credit card orders.

Note: For Enchanted Names you will receive an email with a Proof of your set up for you to look over, as well as mat color options to select from.

International Customers
Currently Samantha Nowak Illustrations is not set up to ship overseas. This will become a future ability in late 2012.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Order & Check. If paying by money order we will wait to process your order once the order arrives via mail. If paying by personal check we wait 2 weeks for your check to clear before shipping your items.

Turn Around Time
Please allow 7 - 10 days to process your order. Most orders are fulfilled within 3 days, but some items are custom and need time to be created. If you need an item rushed, contact us and we will do our best to speed the process!

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) and would like to return them, please follow our return policy:

1. Contact us through the Contact Page within one week of receiving your order with a full description of the reason for your return.
2. We will reply with return instructions for your item(s). You will be expected to return the order as you received it at your cost.  You can mail it back through USPS with the least expensive option.  Please do not refuse the package.  If you do so, we will subtract the amount charged to us for the return shipping from your refund. 
3. Once we get the items back, assuming they are in the same condition you received them in, we will issue a full refund for the item prices.  We do not refund the initial shipping cost, and only refund you the item subtotal.
